Thank you Donna .. they are painted with my knife. There may be a few smaller scratches but the suggested branch trees are knife markings.

I have not got myself projected through my landscapes just yet but time permitting I will get it. I think I got it in my abstracts, people, and still life. These landscapes provide more problems as I painted too many bad ones and old habits are hard to break.
