Grenfell Tower Inquiry....

The official inquiry into the tragic Grenfell Tower is now published and current a topic of discussion.
I painted this pic of the resident of flat 16 Grenfell Tower, leaving with his bags, documenting what the news crews captured and aired.
There is no mention in the official inquiry about this resident of flat no:16 whose fridge caught fire and started the blaze. He knocked on the door of his immediate neighbours and told them to get out and the neighbours commented and were surprised to notice that he had his bags packed.
The inquiry talks a lot about building safety, the emergency services etc but NOTHING about this resident and their fridge fire!!
I find it a bit odd.
