Aspenman

12x16 on 246lb linen textured paper using SoHo HB Acrylics with big brush. This is done in the continuing process of developing a looser painting style. The style evolves on making well planned "staccato" type strokes of thick paint.

This style is referred to as "Open Impressionism"

Really beautiful, Aspenman! Good strong vertical lines, and I love your subtle reflections. Great work.

This is working very well in color/value, directness, and economy of brush stroke. Not an easy thing to pull off. 👍🏼👍🏼
