I'm really enjoying the palette of these last couple of paintings. Beautiful yellows and purples! What's that lovely russet colored object in the back? A box of some kind? I think it's perfectly placed near those purples.

What’s better than a still life? A still life with a story to tell! I really like this one, Wayne; beautiful flowers and tissues ready because there may be tears due to … hopefully tears of joy and not allergies to flowers.

Thank you Terri. It’s a badly composed pillow that was sitting on the table. I made it look more like a sofa cushion.

Thank you Donna. Actually I thought to call it Allergic Reaction. My wife’s BDay was in Match and there were flowers everywhere.Really put a beating on me. I paint plastic flowers. They last years and give good mileage with no reactions at all.
