The year in colors http://www.procato.com/color+calendar/
http://www.procato.com/color+calendar/ click the "expand" button in the very upper right of the screen, it opens all the colors of all the months. Click on a color and go to http://www.perbang.dk/rgb/34E500/ to get analogous color schemes.
On the upper right is a box "on this page" click on "color harmonies" to open the various boxes for use.
Clicking "color conversions" opens other information that may(or not) be helpful. THAT is a BUNCH of information.

color mixer color wheel tool with a drop down for various color harmonies. you set you main color/s and click one of the options , it shows the other colors to fit with it. The colors shown aren't really exact, but gives good ideas to aim for.. https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel/

https://www.goldenpaints.com/mixer on the image tab select the color you want and the system will compute a combination of 3 colors that get closest to the color you have chosen.

If you really want to get into color studies, look into the Munsell color theory. The stuff debates are made of. ;)
