Okay, good. I like the Finetec paints. I'd be disappointed if they went away. Coliro almost suggests they're related. But I can't find anything concrete. I might try them out regardless. They have two palettes with interesting colors that I'm curious about.

Got a pack of Silver Silk 88 paintbrushes yesterday. I've wanted to try them for a while but hadn't due to price. Stumbled upon a set on clearance yesterday so I grabbed it. It came with an angle, round, bright and filbert.

Regarding the Dali. I assume it was Disney? He worked with Walt Disney on an animated film (Destino), though it wasn't completed during their time. So they had some relationship. Must have been painted around that time.

I thought I recognized that one picture as Elora. Just realized it says on the building. That's a pretty area. There was a really good crepe place there too... Not sure if it's still there. I always wanted to explore the gorge, but never made it over there...

Curious if anyone knows about these. I recently stumbled across "Coliro Pearlcolors". They look similar to Finetec paints, but I'm not sure if they're related? On their website, it sounds like they might be associated. But when you look up Finetec, they're a separate website. Does anyone know...

They're fun to use! I've used the Derwent charcoal watercolor pans, and a tube of Kohle liquid charcoal. I have a Nitram pan as well but haven't tried it yet. I quite like the Derwent pans though. They have a variety of subtle colors, and they're surprisingly smooth for being charcoal.

Haven't done much since the trip. Been also dealing with medical problems and insurance woes... I think many of the problems have been traced to a newer medication I started. I think it's causing a lot of negative side effects. So I'm trying to get ahold of the doctor to see about either...
