Thanks Robin, for the list.

We are at Hua Hin, the sea-side town 2.5 hours south from Bangkok. We just wanna took the girls for a little break before their semester starts again soon.

#1 from the (restaurant's) fridge -- my breakfast set from our favorite breakfast place at Hua Hin. The young man owner had been training for 3 years in the USA, including at the kitchen of the Sheraton, New Orleans..... done in Hero pen + ink ... This sketch is also double for my Inktober sketches.

Angela- fun paper clip, looks well used and now it’s a work of art! The timer has a a wistfull antique look.....I remember the reassurging sound.

Ai - love that you are able to integrate art into your travels! Practice is the best teacher and you exhibit that well. Love the breakfast tray and that you chatted up the waiter.....shrimp boats piece is beautiful.

Thank you Joe1, AMO and Robin for kind comments.

AMO: great going with Inktober on both the clip and the cooking timer. I sometimes find hatching challenging.

Robin: nice curve on both door knob and tape measure. Interesting making sound item. Good keys.

Wow, lots of sketching going on here. Yay!

Ai, the breakfast looks amazing. Nice to have a good chef. The boats and the waves is a beautiful painting. Your curvy dumpling is clever too. We haven't had dim sum in ages. Haven't found a good place near here. Always thanks for the photos, too. The Cicada market is so full of detail for a card! The Tamarind market with the music and guitar is so fine. Nice bell, mouth and ear. Interesting bike lamp. The odd lines on the squid boats are great.

Angela, amo, what a clever curve. Always new ideas. The makes a sound timer is a good find, too.

Robin, you found some interesting subjects. I would like to try the green sauce. Love your green hatching!

I went to lunch with a friend that doesn't sketch. I started the car and didn't finish so had to finish from memory here. Not very successful and didn't snap a photo. In the small travel book with Sharpie pen.
Number 1, free space - old car
Number 2, bigger than a bread box - glider on porch with digital on iPad with Brushes and Apple pencil

Thank you so much Jo for kind words. Love both the classic car and the glider in digi. It is amazing how you can do the car in such short time.. the hood was spot on.

Thanks Jo and Ai for your comforting words abput Joe and Sharon. It's wonderful to know that they escaped the worst of the damage. I hope Joe'll be back here soon 🙏

They are still dealing with the aftermath, repairs, shopping, poor internet and phone, but are OK. Thinking of them, miss Joe's sketches.
