This was painted from a reference in last month's Wildlife Challenge.

8" x 9", line and wash in XL Mixed Media sketchbook. I used a 005 Micron pen and inktense for the wash.

I use them like watercolor too. I have the pencils so I scribble them on a Caran D'Ache palette and then pick up the color with a water brush like you do.
